Important note
No legal entity name, mailing address, officer name, or registered agent is stated in these Terms because those details were not provided for this project. References to “U$ER,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean U$ER, dba SAGA MOBILE DAO.
1. The service
U$ER is a wallet-gated testing and rewards platform. Developers submit web, APK, or installed-app targets for review. Verified testers run structured rounds on real devices and provide guided walkthrough answers, main-test feedback, bug reports, screenshots, social proof, ratings, chat messages, and other test outputs. U$ER may compile that information into developer reports, AI-assisted summaries, issue triage, and analytics.
The platform also includes a developer portal for submissions, custom questions, SDK API keys, SDK observability, crash and event summaries, quotas, USDC subscription billing, raffles, bounties, and reward configuration.
2. Accounts, wallets, and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep your wallet, credentials, devices, and session tokens secure.
- Tester access can require a Solana wallet holding Saga or Seeker Genesis eligibility. Wallet verification checks ownership and token eligibility but does not move funds.
- Developer and admin areas are protected by wallet signatures, email/password sessions, bearer tokens, or admin wallet allowlists depending on the route.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts, submissions, SDK keys, rewards, chat access, or dashboard access for suspected abuse, fraud, spam, security risk, rule violations, invalid eligibility, or operational reasons.
- You may not share admin access, impersonate another user, bypass eligibility checks, exploit bugs, automate low-effort testing, or interfere with the platform.
3. Tester terms
- Tester submissions should be truthful, original, and based on your actual use of the target app during the round.
- You may be asked to complete a three-stage flow: UX walkthrough, main test, and social proof. Each step can have minimum-duration, question, proof, or completion requirements.
- You authorize U$ER to collect and use your test output, including flow events, screenshots, bug reports, social proof, comments, ratings, chat messages, and device/session metadata, to operate the platform and produce developer reports.
- Do not upload private keys, seed phrases, personal secrets, illegal content, unrelated screenshots, malicious files, or content you do not have permission to share.
- Test targets are third-party apps. You are responsible for deciding whether to install, open, connect a wallet to, transact with, or otherwise use a target app. Never reveal seed phrases or private keys.
4. Developer terms
- You are responsible for submitted app details, APKs, URLs, package names, test instructions, custom questions, proof requirements, reward configuration, funding amounts, SDK metadata, and support information.
- You may submit only apps and content that you own or are authorized to test, distribute, and analyze.
- You must not submit malware, phishing flows, wallet drainers, deceptive apps, unlawful content, or apps designed to collect seed phrases, private keys, or credentials without lawful authorization and clear user notice.
- U$ER may review, approve, reject, pause, archive, or remove submissions and rounds. Approval for testing is not an endorsement of your app.
- Reports and analytics are based on available tester input and platform telemetry. They are provided to help you improve your app and are not a guarantee of quality, security, compliance, conversion, retention, or market performance.
5. SDK, API keys, quotas, and billing
- The U$ER Android SDK ingests logs, events, crashes, alerts, metadata, device/session fields, screen names, durations, stack traces, and related observability data using SDK keys.
- You are responsible for what your app sends through the SDK and for providing any user notice or consent required by your own privacy obligations.
- Do not send seed phrases, private keys, payment secrets, unnecessary personal data, or regulated sensitive data through SDK messages, metadata, stack traces, or user IDs.
- SDK keys are scoped to app IDs where managed keys are used. Keys may be rate limited, quota limited, rotated, disabled, or rejected if inactive, invalid, over quota, or abusive.
- Paid SDK tiers may use Solana Pay USDC payment sessions and subscription records. Blockchain payments can be final and irreversible. You are responsible for transaction fees, wallet safety, tax treatment, and ensuring you send funds to the displayed payment request only.
6. User content and platform content
- You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights granted here.
- You grant U$ER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, process, analyze, summarize, transform, moderate, export, and share your submitted content as needed to operate the platform, provide reports, support rewards and billing, improve the service, and enforce these Terms.
- Tester output for a developer’s round may be shared with that developer and with admins. Chat or leaderboard content may be visible to other users depending on product context.
- U$ER branding, UI, code, dashboards, reports generated by the system, documentation, and platform design are owned by U$ER or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Do not copy or misuse the brand or platform.
- We may remove or restrict content that appears abusive, illegal, spammy, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or unrelated to testing.
7. Points, raffles, bounties, and payouts
- Points, achievements, raffle entries, bounty eligibility, and reward payouts are platform features, not wages, employment, securities, or guaranteed income.
- Completing a step can create raffle entries where an open raffle is linked to that step. Bounties may be first-come-first-served or manually allocated. Admins and developers may configure winner counts, reward amounts, eligible steps, and status.
- Rewards may depend on valid eligibility, unique participation, completion quality, anti-fraud review, available funding, correct wallet information, and administrative approval.
- We may withhold, cancel, reverse internally, or mark unpaid rewards associated with fraud, duplicate accounts, invalid wallets, low-effort submissions, abuse, chargebacks, legal restrictions, or technical errors.
- On-chain USDC or other token transfers can be irreversible after broadcast. You are responsible for wallet custody, tax reporting, and compliance with laws that apply to you.
8. Chat and community rules
Global and per-app chat are provided for testing coordination and feedback. Do not harass others, post hate, threats, spam, illegal content, private keys, seed phrases, malware links, phishing links, or unrelated promotion. Sentinel and admin tools may flag bugs, suggestions, reports, and moderation events.
9. Disclaimers, limitations, and risk
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” U$ER does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete reports, specific tester counts, specific rewards, specific SDK delivery, or that any third-party app is safe.
- Wallets, blockchain networks, third-party apps, Solana Pay, RPC providers, hosting providers, AI providers, notification providers, and Supabase/Railway infrastructure can fail or behave unexpectedly. U$ER is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, U$ER is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; lost tokens; wallet compromise; third-party app harm; or business interruption.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid directly to U$ER for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Termination and changes
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, legal pages, quotas, billing terms, reward rules, eligibility requirements, or access controls. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
